1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to eligible areas within our service region. Currently, home delivery is available within a 15 km radius of our store located at:
80 Railway Parade, Shop 1, Glenfield, New South Wales, Australia.
2. Delivery Fees
Orders under $100: Home delivery is not available; customers can choose to pick up from our store.
Orders between $100 and $150: A delivery fee of $10 applies.
Orders above $150: Enjoy free home delivery.
3. Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Tracking
Customers will receive a confirmation once their order is placed. You can track the status of your order through our website, email, or by contacting our support team.
5. Failed Delivery / Missed Orders
If you are unavailable at the delivery address, our delivery team will attempt to contact you or reschedule the delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed, customers may pick up their order from the store or request a rescheduled delivery.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Items damaged during delivery or incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Kazi’s Super Market will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return/Refund Policy.
