Receiving your order
- Your order contains chilled and frozen food, so please make sure someone is available to receive it.
- Please check your items when they arrive and tell us about anything missing or damaged as soon as possible.
- Whole fish is priced and weighed before cleaning (gross weight). After descaling and cleaning, the final weight is usually 15%–25% less.
Problems with a delivery
