These terms apply when you use kazissupermarket.com or place an order with Kazi’s Supermarket. By using the website you agree to them.

1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

2. Using the website

• Use the website only for lawful purposes and do not try to interfere with its security or operation.
• If you create an account, keep your password private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Products, prices and availability

• Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.
• Product photos are a guide; packaging and natural products (such as meat and fish) can vary slightly.
• Whole fish is sold by weight and priced on its gross weight before cleaning. After descaling and cleaning, the final weight is usually 15%–25% less.
• If a price or description on the website is clearly wrong, we will contact you before processing the order. You can then choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

• Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email.
• If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a replacement or refund it in full. You pay using one of the options shown at checkout (Payment Methods).

5. Delivery and Click & Collect

Delivery areas, fees and pick-up details are explained in our Delivery Policy.

6. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not responsible for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for temporary interruptions to the website.

The text, photos and logos on this website belong to Kazi’s Supermarket or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
